Rationel, Cork recently supplied and fitted triple glazed alu clad windows and a door to our new build. The saying goes, you get what you pay for, and Rationel windows are no exception. This is a premium product and while alu -clad may be more expensive than standard windows and doors, any doubts I had were pushed quickly aside when I inspected the windows that they replaced. I was shocked at the difference in quality.
The first storm of the year, I sat working in a cosy kitchen with not a draft to be felt … previously I might as well have been sitting in the yard with my laptop, blowing in the wind. In these times, with rising heating costs I know that they will pay for themselves. My biggest regret was that I didn’t do it sooner.
